1st time using this, I was truly amazed at how the size multiplied when rehydrated.. It’s packaged in small tightly pressed tiny blocks. I soaked them and it multiplied exponentially perhaps X20… I was delighted to taste but will cut back on the portion I reconstitute next time

These are nice quality mushrooms. You can see from my pictures that after soaking in a large bowl of water, one small block produced about 4 cups of mushrooms! After boiling them for 3 minutes, we drained them and made a Chinese salad. The mushrooms retained a fresh and crunchy texture, and I didn’t need to trim any tough parts because everything was tender. A couple of mushrooms were larger and/or a different color, but they were mostly a uniform small size, so I didn’t need to chop them, either. And I like that each square is individually wrapped for freshness. Will buy again!

These are absolutely top notch. You get 10 small bricks, individually shrink wrapped, in a resealable bag. Reconstituting one small brick takes 2C hot tap water and about 30-40 minutes. What you wind up with are absolutely perfect, tendercrisp wood ears, and it’s about 3C worth!! These don’t even need trimming, they can just be used as is, or sliced, etc. I just used them in some Hot and Sour soup and they are absolutely perfect.
As a side note, Weedstoredispensarys’ brand products always seem to be really high quality. I’ve purchased about a dozen or so of their products and they always impress with their freshness and quality. I stick with Weedstoredispensarys’ if I can find them on any product they sell.
